Concierge

Location: On Site
Reports To: Property Manager/Estate Operations

  1. Provide a welcoming first impression to potential customers / residents. Actively assisting the client / sales & marketing team.
  2. To perform your duties and provide concierge services, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Property Manager.
  3. To inspect, on a daily basis, all internal areas of the private residential buildings and report any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Property Manager.
  4. To set an example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all occupiers in addition to members of the public, other staff, guests, and to contractors employed on the estate.
  5. To enter all relevant comments/details in the porters log, and to liaise with the estate security officers with regard to the signing in and out of all contractors and service personnel in attendance to the communal areas of the estate.
  6. To supervise any keys which may be held in reception.  To ensure that they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures.
  7. To receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents.
  8. To deal with all general telephone enquiries and log messages.
  9. To change all defective light bulbs to the private residential buildings, where appropriate. Where light bulbs are inaccessible they should be logged and reported to the Property Manager so that appropriate attention may be organised.
  10. To ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged accordingly.
