For this reason we continually liaise with clients and managers, recommending realistic service charge budgets and long-term expenditure forecasts. At the same time we deliver prompt, efficient quarterly reporting of expenditure against budget, cash balances, debtor and arrears collection.
This said, we know that requirements vary. So we're happy to adapt our reporting to meet your particular needs.
Timely service charge accounts
In compliance with the current RICS Code of Practice and individual lease conditions, we provide audited or certified service charge accounts at the end of each financial year. For their preparation, we liaise with first-rate external auditors and accountants: a committed team which has direct responsibility for a range of residential developments.
This robust financial management ensures that service charge and ground rent collections are handled in line with the terms of your lease. As a lessee you can choose from a variety of easy payment options, including direct debit and soon online.
Trustee accounts
We operate individual trustee accounts for each property earning interest subject to balance thresholds for the benefit of the leaseholders. Bank accounts are reconciled daily and clients benefit from our RICS member firm status through the RICS Client Monies Protection scheme.
