- Streamlining transfer of shares/membership on a property sale
- Maintaining statutory books
- Maintaining registered office at our company address
- Attending Board/AGM meetings when required (via Property Manager)
- Issuing relevant notices (via Property Manager)
- Minuting meetings
- Preparing and filing Annual Returns
