If a flat in one of our managed developments changes hands, we provide a comprehensive information pack to cover enquiries raised by the seller's solicitors.

Legal firms value this service, which we've found to be the most efficient way of dealing with such enquiries.

Our fee(s) for this pack, which includes (but is not limited to) three years' accounts, current budget, details of major works etc is £276 (inc VAT) for a five-day turnaround; or £312 (inc VAT) for a 24-hour response.
