We are able to answer queries regarding the following on buildings managed by Rendall and Rittner Ltd as follows:

I. Insurance documents.
II. Service charge documentation.
III. Any Memorandums and Articles of Association for the management company formed or currently associated with the particular building being enquired about.
IV. Up to date service charge details.
V. Details of any outstanding service charge for the account referred to in your enquiry.
VI. Completion requirements.
VII. Details of other matters you may raise in relation to your enquiry

We aim to provide sufficient information as listed above which coupled with our Information Pack we hope will be sufficient to progress a transaction.

Charges
Our professional fee to cover the time and out of pocket expenses incurred in providing the information requested is Ł230.00 + VAT (Ł270.25p)

Placing an enquiry and making payment
On receipt of a cheque for Ł270.25p payable to Rendall and Rittner Limited, we will be pleased to provide a comprehensive answer to your enquiry within 7 working days. If however, the information is needed urgently, we require an additional Ł30 + VAT (Ł35.25) in order to give your inquiry the additional priority requested.

A VAT receipt/invoice for your payment will also be included.

Payment for a standard pack of Ł270.25p or Ł305.50p for a priority pack, made payable to Rendall and Rittner Limited should be sent to:
