New Development/Consultancy

From pre-construction design to completion and ongoing management, our dedicated New Development team works with leading developers to provide consultancy/management services and to advise on prevailing market conditions, legislative changes and planning requirements.

Our consultancy services include:

  • Structuring service charge budgets and cost assessments
  • Design for management
  • Developing staffing and security strategies
  • Making utilities arrangements
  • Preparing disaster recovery plans
  • Reviewing legal structure and lease contents

In order to integrate private, affordable and commercial tenures, we look to develop an early relationship with all users of a scheme. We fully understand the planning requirements under Section 106 agreements, so we develop strategies accordingly. We are also able to offer our services to  Registered Social Landlords, in order to help acheive tenure blind managment.

We also have a wide range of sustainability initiatives. We'll closely work with you to create sustainable developments, from consideration for energy efficiency to recruitment of site staff from a local community.
