Procedure & Disaster Recovery Manuals

With staff training and inductions based primarily on individual and global estate policies and procedures, we act according to a development-specific procedures manual split into easily-manageable sections.

Our staff are encouraged to comment in order to show that procedural importance and relevance are understood and that our staff's hands-on experience is best placed to deliver practicality and efficiency.

We also recognise the importance of Disaster Recovery planning for all developments in our management portfolio.

The purpose of this document is to provide an easy-to-read, step-by-step guide for onsite staff of actions to take and who to contact in an emergency. Also included are the items to be contained by a 'grab bag' to make certain staff are fully equipped.
