Property Manager

To each property we assign a dedicated Property Manager. An integral part of a well-knit team, the Property Manager oversees every aspect of management within carefully selected and manageable portfolios.

With a wealth of resources on hand, our Property Managers can deal quickly and effectively with any issue concerning residents or buildings, proactively managing individual blocks and making regular site attendances when needed.

Each team is headed by a Director, Associate Director or Senior Property Manager. The Property Manager is further supported by additional team resources run by Assistant Property Managers and Administrative Assistants.

In addition, various support teams help Property Managers with specialist functions such as Client Accounting, Credit Control, Insurance and Legal Support.
