Staff Management
More than 120 staff work at Rendall & Rittner, with over 500 onsite. At head office we have a dedicated HR department, and an Estates Operations team which works closely with our onsite staff.
We know that our onsite people play a vital role in ensuring that every development is presented and managed to the highest possible standard, delivering good customer services for residents while protecting the building's security.
Staffing is a particularly vital issue. A major part of an annual budget's service charge costs, its impact on the successful management and perception of a scheme can be significant.
For this reason we invest in training and career development for all members of our staff. And we're extremely proud that this commitment has been recognised with Investors in People accreditation, earning a Bronze award in 2010. We are now aiming for Gold standard by 2012.
We support and encourage our staff to seek professional qualifications through IRPM (a mandatory accreditation), RICS and CIMA. We monitor and review staff development through regular appraisals, while all can take part in specific training programmes, from customer service to health & safety and first aid.
