After several successful years in London, and in light of significant redevelopment and regeneration in Manchester and Liverpool, we expanded our operations into the north of England.
Opening Rendall & Rittner Regional Ltd in Manchester in 2008, we now manage some 1,300 units in a range of developments across the north west, including some of the most prestigious buildings in Manchester and Liverpool.
Our core management values in the north west remain the same: delivering a high-quality, locally based customer service, leveraging economies of scale to minimise service charges to our clients.

We wanted to benefit from lower cost suppliers so that we could keep service charges down. It is now 6 months since Rendall & Rittner took over and we have now accrued annualised savings of £30,000 on lift maintenance, insurance and electricity costs. New contracts have been obtained for gardening/plants, air conditioning servicing and ongoing E&M servicing. The savings have been greater than we had imagined and as a consequence we have been able to spend money from this year's budget on painting without having to use the long term maintenance funds. We will be passing the savings on to owners when setting future service charge budgets. We are absolutely delighted and fellow owners are too."
