Sustainability
Established in 2006, Rendall & Rittner's sustainability policy is based on a government ideal: to foster and inspire a broad, inclusive community that is active, well-run, thriving and environmentally sensitive.
As a responsible managing agent we believe our impact in these areas is entirely positive. Consequently we've developed a wide range of sustainability initiatives:
- Management advice for design and planning stages of new schemes
- Recruitment
- Training
- Green office policy
- Green cleaning products
- Promoting recycling
- Promoting energy efficiency in co-operation with the Carbon Trust
- Actively encouraging public transport and local facilities
- Fruitful partnerships with Police, Housing Associations and other stakeholders
- Youth activity projects
This is by no means an exhaustive list. We're continually looking to develop and expand these initiatives, which we've introduced across our management portfolio.
As a direct result of our sustainability efforts, Rendall & Rittner was winner of the 2010 ARMA Innovation Award.
