As part of Rendall & Rittner's strategy for growth, we combine our portfolio's economies of scale with the exceptional personal service only a team structure can deliver.

Energy Efficiency

From alternative energy sources to timed/motion-sensored lighting in common areas, we encourage our clients to deploy as many energy-efficient methods as possible.

We also try and increase energy efficiency by working with developers at the design stage, encouraging the use of energy-efficient materials and liaising with the Carbon Trust.

Every change helps increase the energy efficiency of our managed developments.
