Matt Rittner MIRPM
Matt founded Rendall & Rittner in 1990 along with Duncan and he still manages developments to keep close to the heart of the business. He is the driving force behind our innovative insurance offering and maintains close links with our clients to ensure we deliver what you need.
Richard Daver BSc (Hons) FCIH, FRICS, FIRPM
Richard, a Chartered Surveyor, joined Rendall & Rittner in 2006 to head up a specialist team providing long term consultancy and management services to developers and has been involved in substantial phased projects from design concept stage through to full management of a completed scheme. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and of the Chartered Institute of Housing he provides expert witness evidence particularly on areas such as service charge structure and general strategic approach to new and complex developments.
Catherine Riva BSc (Hons) CIHCM, Dip HE, MIRPM
Catherine joined Rendall & Rittner in 2006 to help set up the New Development team. Drawing on her extensive management experience, Catherine now specialises in consultancy and management services for often large and complex mixed-use schemes and supervises their subsequent management.
Stephen Michael Ellman Director
Stephen joined Rendall & Rittner in 2006, he is responsible for integrating new business and client liaison.
William Hammond BSc FCA
William is a Chartered Accountant, responsible for all aspects of client accounting and reporting as well as the financial direction of the company.
John Bromilow BEng(Hons)
John is an IT leader, innovator and digital transformation specialist with extensive experience within the property and construction sector. He joined Rendall & Rittner in 2019 to develop and lead the company’s technology strategy in order to further drive efficiency and customer service.
