RENDALL & RITTNER CONTINUES NATIONAL GROWTH WITH TAKE OVER OF BRAEMAR ESTATES

This week marks the completion of our purchase of Braemar Estates, taking over the management of its portfolio of around 5,000 properties across the North West. This brings the number of units we manage to in excess of 50,000, continuing to strengthen our business across the UK.
The purchase of Braemar Estates from Brooks Macdonald Group allows our company to increase our presence in the Manchester region, where Braemar Estates is headquartered. Braemar’s staff will continue to operate from Hale and from Central Manchester offices, where it will be business as usual. The two companies will continue to operate under their brand names, with Braemar Estates about to unveil its updated corporate branding.
By acquiring Braemar Estates’ diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use management contracts across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and London, Rendall & Rittner will continue the trend of vigorous corporate growth we have experienced in recent years.

The management of Braemar Estates will remain as it is for the foreseeable future and a review of operations will take place during 2018.
