Supporting the amazing work of charities is very important to us and forms a key part of our ESG commitment. For many years now, the Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Charity has been one of the charities that we support on an ongoing basis. This year, we have once again been collecting toy donations for children who unfortunately will be spending time in the hospital on Christmas Day.

Improving local environments the Rendall & Rittner way
Last updated: 7 May 2024
In recent years, volunteers from Rendall & Rittner have taken part in a plethora of litter picks. Litter picks are a fantastic way to promote sustainability, support the environment and improve the cleanliness of the area for local residents to enjoy. During 2022, the team at Rendall & Rittner has once again completed a series of volunteering days to undertake litter picks at locations up and down the country. Tackling waste and unwanted material in the areas surrounding some of the developments we manage, we got stuck in and embraced the challenge. With Recycle Week this year running from the 17th to 23rd October, we thought that this was the perfect opportunity to provide a round-up of our recent litter picks.

How can we ensure large multi-phase developments are desirable, thriving communities in the long-term?
Last updated: 14 July 2025
In years gone by managing agents were often seen as the final piece in the jigsaw for new residential development, arriving at the end of the project to manage the scheme once occupied and completed. However as our expertise and diverse skillset has come to be more recognised across the industry, the value of a managing agent with the requisite skills playing a role from the early stages of a project has grown. This is particularly true of large-scale, multi-phase schemes where residents will be in situ from the early phases, as the development progresses often over a decade or more.

MD Richard Daver goes back to the floor
Last updated: 8 May 2024
My latest Back to the Floor excursion took me to our Chelsea Bridge Wharf development in South West London where I spent the day assisting both the concierge and facilities teams. Whenever I have taken part in this exercise before I have always found our staff to be very enthusiastic when going about their work and consistently showing a high level of customer service. Yet again this recent experience reflected the same positive spirit and enthusiasm.

Hundreds of mince pies later: why community engagement brings cheer at Christmas
Last updated: 29 April 2024
At Christmas time, Rendall & Rittner like to enjoy the festivities. While many people think of managing agents as those responsible for service charge billing and signing for post, there’s much more to our work than that. For us, this time of year is an opportunity to prove that we are not all about managing the bricks and mortar, it is a perfect time of the year to show we are also about helping to develop communities that are self-sustainable and welcoming.
