Leftbank features 391 riverside homes with 2 floors of associated car parking in the renowned Spinningfields central business district of Manchester. We have facilitated a façade remediation funded by the developer. We are appointed by the Resident Management Company and manage a team of on-site staff including concierges and cleaners.

51 private apartments in Brampton near Huntingdon. The site had issues with incorrectly specified flat front doors that had been paid for in full by the previous agent. The firm fitting the doors ceased trading part-way through install. We appointed a specialist firm to oversee the door replacement with correctly fitting fire doors.

Ocean Village is a bustling modern development surrounding a yacht-filled marina on the River Itchen. Our management comprises of over 100 private residential units and berths, along with the estate which includes the marina, MDL marina headquarters, commercial premises including a hotel, restaurants, bars and shops, various car parking areas including garages, plus roads and paths, and open green spaces.

Full management services to the estate and 10 self-contained units – The Yacht Club.
The development of 68 private apartments in Shrewsbury had a history of poor financial and site management – something we are addressing since our appointment in early 2022 with the support of the new RTM board. The site is also susceptible to flooding due to its proximity to the River Severn. We have worked with the board to obtain and allocate funding for flood defence pumps and barriers. The site also has a flood disaster recovery plan in place with nominated flood marshals to ensure any future events are properly controlled and managed.
