For over 30 years we have been at the forefront of the residential property management industry, driving change and innovation to create a better experience for our clients and residents. We manage 80,000 homes for a wide range of clients and residents who look to us to expertly manage their properties.

We are thrilled to have been named Property Manager of the Year at the RESI Awards 2024 and Managing Agent of the Year at the ACE Awards 2024 meaning we hold the two leading awards in our sector!

We are the most highly accredited and acclaimed company in our sector. We are The Property Institute (formerly ARMA and IRPM) and ISO45001 accredited, hold a British Safety Council 5* rating and the quality of our people, and our development of them, is evidenced by our Investors in People Platinum accreditation. We are regulated by RICS and FCA and are members of the Property Ombudsman.

Our History

 

Duncan Rendall and Matt Rittner were unhappy with the management of the development they lived in, so in 1990 they started Rendall & Rittner. Their vision of more professional, transparent property management, founded on personal customer service, is what drives us today as a founding partner of Odevo.
