We are ARMA and ISO45001 accredited, hold a British Safety Council 5* rating and the quality of our people, and our development of them, is evidenced by our Investors in People Platinum accreditation. Our history

 

Duncan Rendall and Matt Rittner were unhappy with the management of the development they lived in, so in 1990 they started Rendall & Rittner. Their vision of more professional, transparent property management, founded on good old-fashioned personal customer service, is what drives us today as a founding partner of Odevo.

Rendall & Rittner volunteer with Ukrainian Action

Working at Rendall & Rittner for over 10 years has been an incredibly rewarding experience, with constant opportunities to learn and progress along the way. I was very grateful to be offered the opportunity to take a six-week sabbatical and to be gifted some time off to reset. I had intended to spend the time exploring Portugal and spending time with family but decided to also use some of my time to support the essential work of Ukrainian Action, a charity dedicated to supporting the survival and recovery of Ukraine.

MyPlace milestone: new customer portal live at first 1,000 homes

In July, we announced the launch of our brand-new customer portal, MyPlace, following a successful trial period. Over the past few months, we have been busy introducing the platform to more of our customers and have now reached our first 1,000 homes and customers.
