Our Health and Safety team oversees safety for all our sites, providing support and advice for on-site team members, property managers and our clients. This includes assisting our clients to understand the requirements of the Building Safety Act and our property teams to comply with all health and safety legislation and best practice.

Company Secretarial

We can also act as your Company Secretary and registered office if required. We have a specialist in-house team who deliver a broad range of Company Secretarial services to our RMC and RTM clients.

From time to time, the need may arise where you need additional specialist advice and support regarding company related matters. In such circumstances, we can offer you the services of a specialist to provide advice and, when required, attend meetings.

Resident communication

Good communication is essential to successful block property management.

We make sure we communicate regularly with residents, both in person via our on-site teams and dedicated Property Managers, as well as through our portal, R&R Online. This digital portal is included within our management fee and provides a bespoke website for each development. It provides one single place where residents can find news and information, pay rents and service charges, and report maintenance issues round the clock.

New South Quarter, Croydon

New South Quarter (NSQ) comprises 825 contemporary residential apartments, along with ground floor commercial units set around the River Wandle, located to the east of Purley Way (A23). Waddon mainline Railway Station is within 1 mile and Wandle Park Tram link Station is within short walk from the available commercial units.

Full management services to the estate and apartments with concierge Monday – Friday.

Westcliff Mansions, Bournemouth

44 apartments in a new development that was built by the Bournemouth Development Company, a joint venture between BCP Council and Muse Developments (part of Morgan Sindell). We have working with the RMC and its Directors since the development was first occupied in 2022.

Full property management services

Leftbank, Manchester

Leftbank features 391 riverside homes with 2 floors of associated car parking in the renowned Spinningfields central business district of Manchester. We have facilitated a façade remediation funded by the developer. We are appointed by the Resident Management Company and manage a team of on-site staff including concierges and cleaners.

Full management service

Williams Close, Huntingdon

51 private apartments in Brampton near Huntingdon. The site had issues with incorrectly specified flat front doors that had been paid for in full by the previous agent. The firm fitting the doors ceased trading part-way through install. We appointed a specialist firm to oversee the door replacement with correctly fitting fire doors.

Ocean Village, Southampton

Ocean Village is a bustling modern development surrounding a yacht-filled marina on the River Itchen. Our management comprises of over 100 private residential units and berths, along with the estate which includes the marina, MDL marina headquarters, commercial premises including a hotel, restaurants, bars and shops, various car parking areas including garages, plus roads and paths, and open green spaces.

Involved since - 2018.

Full management services to the estate and 10 self-contained units – The Yacht Club.

Coton Manor, Shrewsbury

The development of 68 private apartments in Shrewsbury had a history of poor financial and site management – something we are addressing since our appointment in early 2022 with the support of the new RTM board. The site is also susceptible to flooding due to its proximity to the River Severn. We have worked with the board to obtain and allocate funding for flood defence pumps and barriers. The site also has a flood disaster recovery plan in place with nominated flood marshals to ensure any future events are properly controlled and managed.

We were appointed by the newly formed Right to Manage Company for full management services in February 2022
