MyPlace customer benefits

The benefits of the MyPlace portal for you as a customer of ours include:

  • This self-service platform can be accessed wherever you are
  • It’s a personalised dashboard which features clearly organised information on all the properties we manage for you, all conveniently accessed through one log in
  • At a glance, you can view headline information about your developments, your premises, your charges and find a library fully stocked with important documents
  • You’ll be able to raise and track requests directly with our Property Management team
  • You can easily customise notifications to keep on track of what is important to you
  • Additional features to come include facilities booking and engaging with your community on events, groups and clubs (where applicable).

MyPlace roll-out to customers

The roll out of the MyPlace customer portal is gathering pace.  Having commenced in Spring 2023 it is now live at over 390 mostly smaller and unmanned properties. 

Throughout 2024 we are moving forward with regular launches to the developments we manage.
