MyPlace customer benefits
The benefits of the MyPlace portal for you as a customer of ours include:
- This self-service platform can be accessed wherever you are
- It’s a personalised dashboard which features clearly organised information on all the properties we manage for you, all conveniently accessed through one log in
- At a glance, you can view headline information about your developments, your premises, your charges and find a library fully stocked with important documents
- You’ll be able to raise and track requests directly with our Property Management team
- You can easily customise notifications to keep on track of what is important to you
- Additional features to come include facilities booking and engaging with your community on events, groups and clubs (where applicable).
MyPlace roll-out to customers
Following the recent successful completion of the MyPlace customer portal trial, the roll out has commenced, starting with smaller developments.
We will move forward with regular launches to developments throughout the year and into much of 2024.
