South West

Lee joined Rendall and Rittner in October 2021 as Divisional Director for the South West. This is a region that covers from Hampshire through to Cornwall. Having ended a career as a Royal Naval Officer in 2006, Lee worked for 10 years for another managing agent in London and the South East, supporting the management of properties with between 4 and 1,000 flats within them, culminating in a portfolio of 4,000 flats. Lee is a Fellow the Institute of Leadership and Management, a member of The Property Institute and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Dan has more than 18 years property management experience. Alongside his position on the Rendall & Rittner board of Directors, he also manages one of our four London divisions which predominately focuses on new developments. Dan also heads up our procurement team and sits on the company Health and Safety committee and is involved in several business development initiatives.

Wale joined Rendall & Rittner in November 2009 to head the property management team overseeing Royal Arsenal Riverside and other large mixed use developments in the South East London area. Wale now sits on the Rendall & Rittner board of Directors, as well as running one of our four London divisions where he oversees teams that specialise in managing large phased mixed-use developments, as well as traditional blocks and estates.

Paul joined Rendall & Rittner in 2010 to oversee management of a number of prestigious and complex mixed-use developments in London. Paul is now on the board of Directors for Rendall & Rittner Limited and oversees the management of one of our London divisions, as well as leading the Health & Safety Operational Executive Group.

Martin has 15 years experience of residential property management with a number of leading companies. He joined Rendall & Rittner in 2019 as an Area Director and in late 2022 was promoted to Divisional Director of one of our London divisions. Martin is focused on the strategic management of his division and is working collaboratively to continue to build upon our success and to further develop the company’s portfolio.

Michael has more than 15 years’ experience in Residential Property Management. He joined Rendall & Rittner in early 2022 as Divisional Director for our South region. He has managed prestigious developments with large on site and Property Manager teams, as well as steering company initiatives and growth. Michael has developed as strong client base along the South Coast and in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Essex and Greater London. He is a Member of The Property Institute, an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and passed his NEBOSH Health and Safety certificates in 2015.

Jonathan joined Rendall & Rittner in May 2016. He has been in the industry for 18 years at both property manager and director level. He is responsible for our Midlands region and has worked on numerous large projects that have helped drive better value for customers. In addition, Jonathan has extensive experience with large and prestigious schemes including those with complex facilities, plant and machinery.

Matt joined Rendall & Rittner in London in 2002, before moving to Manchester to open our northern office in 2008. Matt currently oversees our northern region which includes around 60 employees looking after 7,000 managed flats and 12,000 ground rent properties, as well as our sales and lettings business. Matt is a former ARMA Council member and Chair of ARMA’s Technical Committee.
