It was while studying for an MBA at London Business School that Duncan joined with Matt Rittner to start Rendall & Rittner in 1990. Duncan specialises in advising lessees and landlords on freehold acquisitions, RTM applications and management disputes. He has been appointed by the First-tier Tribunal to some of Central London's landmark schemes and was chairman of ARMA from 2005 - 2007. In July 2022 he became Chairman of Rendall & Rittner. He is also Chairman of Odevo (UK).

Richard joined Rendall & Rittner in 2006 to head up the specialist team providing long term consultancy and management services to developers. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Richard has over 30 years property management experience spanning local authority, housing association and the private sector. In his previous role as Managing Director, Richard made a substantial contribution to the growth of the company, its awards and accreditations, and the long term strategic business planning required to ensure high standards are met. Richard was promoted to Co-CEO in July 2022.

Catherine has 25 years’ experience spanning both the public and private housing sectors and joined Rendall & Rittner in 2006 to assist in the set-up of the New Development Team. Due to her extensive management experience, Catherine specialises in the provision of consultancy and management services of often large and complex mixed use schemes and supervises the subsequent management of them. She also leads on the companies' corporate social responsibility initiatives. Catherine was promoted to Co-CEO in July 2022.

Since joining the Rendall and Rittner board of Directors in 2021, he is responsible for the overall Group Finance and Client Accounting functions. He became CFO of Odevo (UK) in July 2022.

Wale joined Rendall & Rittner in November 2009 to head the property management team overseeing Royal Arsenal Riverside and other large mixed-use developments in the South East London area. Wale now sits on our board of Directors and is also responsible for one of our three property portfolios where he oversees client relations and teams that specialise in managing large phased mixed-use developments, as well as traditional blocks and estates.

Sue has worked in property management for over 20 years. She has strategic oversight of risk management and oversees the work of both the Legal and Health & Safety teams. Prior to joining Rendall & Rittner she ran her own consultancy firm and was involved in many projects, utilising her industry knowledge to provide strategic and operational support to both developers and leasehold managing agents.

Elisa joined Rendall & Rittner in 2011 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014. She became a Board member in November 2024 with specific responsibility for our prime / luxury portfolio. Prior to that she oversaw a varied number of prime new build properties and complex mixed-use schemes including The Heron, Centre Point and Chelsea Barracks. Elisa is particularly well versed in mobilisation, development consultancy, budgeting and the management of exceptional developments and residential amenities. She is an assessor for and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of The Property Institute.

William is a Chartered Accountant responsible for the company's accounting and finance functions, as well as various elements of client accounting. Prior to Rendall & Rittner, William was a financial controller at Deutsche Bank and was subsequently a Vice President at JP Morgan. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and undertook his accountancy training with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Cat joined Rendall & Rittner in 2017 and has more than 20 years HR experience, working across a variety of industries, both UK and globally. Cat is responsible for people and performance plans at Rendall & Rittner, including recruiting talent into the company, the onboarding and induction process, and the ongoing training and development of employees. Cat also leads on our wellbeing and diversity strategies. She heads the HR team of 20, who support our office and on-site colleagues across all areas of HR. She has a wealth of experience in employment law, including TUPE and reorganisations, and is responsible for advising the company on its employment legal obligations. She joined our Board in February 2023 having previously been a Board member of Rendall & Rittner Operations Ltd. Cat is also leading on some HR initiatives across our sister companies in the UK.

Stephen joined Rendall & Rittner in 2006 and is responsible for integrating new business and client liaison. With over 30 years' property management experience, Stephen was joint managing director of Gross Fine and is a founding member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). He stepped down from the Board in February 2023 but remains a valued Director.

Simon has over 30 years’ experience in property management, having worked initially in the commercial management sector in various operational capacities, including working on large mixed-use developments in Central London. Simon joined Rendall & Rittner in 2014 as the Senior Property Manager for the major new community at Royal Arsenal Riverside (RAR). She is an experienced Property Manager and Chartered Surveyor who was promoted to Divisional Director in November 2024, having previously been an Area Director. Lee joined Rendall & Rittner in October 2021 as Divisional Director for the South West. This is a region that covers from Hampshire through to Cornwall. Having ended a career as a Royal Naval Officer in 2006, Lee worked for 10 years for another managing agent in London and the South East, supporting the management of properties with between 4 and 1,000 flats within them, culminating in a portfolio of 4,000 flats. Lee is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a member of The Property Institute and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Michael has more than 15 years’ experience in residential property management. He joined Rendall & Rittner in early 2022 as Divisional Director for our South region. He has managed prestigious developments with large on-site and Property Manager teams, as well as steering company initiatives and growth. Michael has developed as strong client base along the South Coast and in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Essex and Greater London. He is a Member of The Property Institute, an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and passed his NEBOSH Health and Safety certificates in 2015.

Sam has almost twenty years of experience in Property Management, having been with Rendall & Rittner since 2003. In her previous role as a Divisional Director, Sam set up our Croydon office and was responsible for the management of schemes both in central London and through Surrey and Sussex. In 2020 Sam started working with our IT Department to develop our customer engagement platform and in January 2022 she was appointed as Systems Director.  Sam is now the UK Product Lead for Odevo UK on our new customer portal MyPlace, which was first launched in Spring 2023.
