First steps

In 1995 they rented a small office in Wapping, East London - the business was taking its first tentative steps, and growing into the company we are proud to be a part of today.

Duncan and Matt are still very actively involved and our founding values of professionalism, quality, integrity, working together, communication, trust and responsibility continue to empower our success and growth.

How we've evolved

By 2010 the then 100 strong company had outgrown the Wapping office and moved into the City of London.

We expanded from London into the North West, the Midlands, the South and the South West. Rendall & Rittner has nearly always grown by word of mouth based on the recommendations of clients and lessees who have first-hand knowledge of what we can offer.

In the last 5 or so years we have grown substantially and now employ more than 600 office colleagues and are responsible for over 1,500 on-site team members.

We are a responsible modern organisation, with best practice a fundamental part of our DNA. We are people led, technology enabled and service driven.

We have an exceptional track record in the management of high-quality developments and our clients include developers, RMCs and RTMs, freeholders and institutional landlords, build to rent developers and operators, housing associations and retirement living providers. Annually we collect more than £450m in annual rent and total service charges.

We manage over 80,000 homes, in properties which vary immensely from traditional mansion blocks to substantial mixed-use regeneration developments with a wide range of contemporary homes and amenities.

Recognising that technology is playing an increasingly vital role in enabling better service delivery we are harnessing over 30 years’ sector experience in developing a new market-leading property management tech platform. It is bringing together all aspects of property management and is intuitive, engaging and easy to use wherever our customers and clients are.

This investment is being enabled by us now being a founder partner of the Odevo group, which is a very exciting development for the further evolution and growth of Rendall & Rittner.
