MyPlace customer benefits
The benefits of the MyPlace portal for you as a customer of ours include:
- This self-service platform can be accessed wherever you are
- It’s a personalised dashboard which features clearly organised information on all the properties we manage for you, all conveniently accessed through one log in
- At a glance, you can view headline information about your developments, your premises, your charges and find a library fully stocked with important documents
- You’ll be able to raise and track requests directly with our Property Management team
- You can easily customise notifications to keep on track of what is important to you
- Additional features to come include facilities booking and engaging with your community on events, groups and clubs (where applicable).
MyPlace roll-out to customers
The roll-out of the MyPlace customer portal is entering its final phase. Having commenced in Spring 2023 initially mostly to smaller and unmanned properties it is now live at over 90% of developments we manage.
Throughout 2025 we are moving forward with regular launches to the remaining developments to complete the roll-out.

Client portal
A portal specifically for the use of our clients is in the early stages of development.
Looking further ahead we believe there are considerable benefits in investing in a proprietary platform which will enable us to continually update it to stay ahead of growing sector requirements.
