An added benefit for our clients is that we can provide reporting information using these key systems. For example, with MyPlace this is enabling us to work with each client to tailor ongoing messages and make sure that property owners are kept fully informed.

MyPlace customer portal benefits and roll-out
Built with leading technology, and developed specifically for our industry, we are using our extensive market knowledge and 35 years of property management experience to bring together all aspects of property management. MyPlace is providing a complete and transparent picture.
The benefits of MyPlace to our customers include:
- This self-service platform can be accessed wherever they are
- It’s a personalised dashboard which features clearly organised information on all the properties we manage for them, all conveniently accessed through one log in
- At a glance, they can view headline information about their developments, their premises and charges, and find a library fully stocked with important documents
- They’ll be able to raise and track requests directly with our Property Management team
- They can easily customise notifications to keep on track of what is important to them
- Additional features include facilities booking and engaging with your community on events, groups and clubs (where applicable).
The roll-out of the MyPlace customer portal is entering its final phase and is now live at over 90% of developments we manage.
Throughout 2025 we are moving forward with regular launches to the remaining developments to complete the roll-out. We will be in touch with customers in the weeks prior to launch at their development.

Customer engagement system
Our Customer Engagement system is enabling us to respond to our customers more quickly as it logs all emails and telephone calls to our property management teams in one place.
A development specific email address is ensuring that all resident requests are automatically logged and that all relevant team members can view the correspondence to date, enabling a more rapid response than is possible when individual emails are sent to team members, who may be unavailable.
The system has been rolled out at pace to the developments we manage and residents at the last few non-live properties will have access to it shortly.
QUOODA
QUOODA is a powerful platform that helps us monitor, manage and maintain compliance across our entire portfolio.
It provides a centralised view of all compliance activities, making it easy to track what's been done and what's due next.
Whether our teams are on site, on the move or in the office they can log issues, upload evidence and schedule actions in real time, leading to faster resolutions and minimal disruption for residents.
With built in risk assessments and live dashboards, we get a clear picture of compliance status at every property, meaning issues can be identified and resolved before they escalate, helping to maintain property value and safety for our clients and customers.
QUOODA gives our clients greater transparency and better risk management through a modern, tech enabled platform.
