We have been managing the Lantern on behalf of the RTM Company since 2016.  It features 16 private apartments in two interlinked buildings with a ground floor commercial unit. We manage the homes and commercial space to the RTM Company’s specific requirements. 

We have overseen structural surveys and remediation planning to rectify defective roof membranes and penthouse glazing inherited from the original construction.

We have provided Fire Risk Assessments and associated reports and remediations.

Supported longer-term projects and planning, for upgrades to large infrastructural instalments such as the car lift.

Nine Albert Embankment is a collection of 238 apartments in three blocks located in prime central London, with views across the River Thames. The development is mixed-use with 98 affordable and shared ownership apartments and 13 commercial units on the ground and first floors.

There are 24-hour concierge and full estate management and cleaning teams. We employ a team of nine highly trained staff on site to provide first class service to this prestigious development and its residents.

We have managed it since appointment by the Right to Manage Company in 2010.

The School Yard, Harborne, Birmingham

The award-winning mixed-use redevelopment of School Yard converted the dilapidated grade II listed former school into restaurants, coffee shops and a food school for community use.  

A new contemporary four storey apartment building was created featuring 13, 1 to 3 bedroom apartments fronting onto the large public courtyard.

From full compliance to resident support, our team ensures high standards, service charge transparency and lasting value.
