As a recent university leaver, you can kick start your career with our two year Graduate Property Manager programme. You can learn about the industry from the sector leaders and work towards your professional qualifications such as The Property Institute (formerly IRPM).
A learning and development path that's right for you
Graduate Property Managers (GPMs) assist our property management teams to ensure the effective management of an assigned property portfolio. This is achieved by providing efficient support for the day to day and more long-term running of each block or development within our varied portfolio throughout the UK.
To support you alongside your on-the-job learning we'll shape a learning and development path that's right for you including:
- A Level 4 Apprenticeship Qualification in Housing and Property Management
- An in-depth training programme.
- Investment in your learning and development including gaining professional qualifications. This will enable you to combine a real job whilst working towards recognised industry qualifications, that we will subsidise.
- A Mentor, Coach and Buddy to support, guide and assist you.
- Quarterly Graduate sessions to help build your network and share experiences.
- Departmental rotations to ensure our GPMs have a full understanding of the business.
We know that this can be a challenging period, but we are here with you the whole way!
Upon successful completion of the programme, graduation events are held to recognise your achievement.

Who can apply?
Applications are welcome from graduates in their final year at university.
The Graduate Programme usually commences in September, with applications typically accepted from January each year. Please note we are no longer accepting applications for 2025 entry.
