We enjoyed an excellent evening at the ARMA ACE Awards last Friday, scooping the award for National/Largest Managing Agent of the Year Award, which was the pinnacle of achievement for us after a year of hard work.
The event attracted over 500 industry professionals making for a lively evening with an excellent opportunity for networking. The awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK's leading residential managing agents, their suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of over a million leaseholders across the country.
The awards are particularly special to us because, as members of ARMA, we have built a collaborative network across residential block management, and therefore we are being rewarded by people who know what we do and appreciate that we do it well.
Dr Nigel Glen, ARMA CEO, said: “The winners are a credit to the industry and I know what a hard job the judges had in deciding who should go home with a trophy from so many outstanding entries. The winning firms and team members are setting the standard for companies that wish to be recognised for achieving excellence and best practice in their field.”
The chosen charity for the evening was the Rainbow Trust, an inspiring organisation which provides individually tailored support to families who have a child with a terminal or life-threatening illness under the age of 18.
At Rendall & Rittner we enjoy being involved in awards. It allows us some time to assess what we have achieved over the year, and to see the progress we’ve made. It helps create a strategy for improvement for the next year too.
Many people are now looking for healthier food options when it comes to what we eat, so Marc Gomes our Community Engagement Manager tells us why attracting the best farmer’s markets is great for our residents.
