In July, we announced the launch of our brand-new customer portal, MyPlace, following a successful trial period. Over the past few months, we have been busy introducing the platform to more of our customers and have now reached our first 1,000 homes and customers.

At Rendall & Rittner, we believe that employing and developing the best people is key to providing a great service. As a result, we are currently investing more into the development of our people than at any time in our history, both by enhancing our existing practices and through the design of new training facilities and resources. We are therefore delighted to have been shortlisted for ‘The Award for Learning and Development’ at this year’s Investors in People (IiP) Awards.

Over the last 20 years, WRAP’s Recycle Week has been held annually to highlight the importance of recycling. This year, the event is being held from 16th to 22nd October with the theme ‘The Big Recycling Hunt’ looking to shine a spotlight on the recyclable items that are often missed at home.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Rendall & Rittner. We therefore believe that going above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service is something that should be recognised and celebrated. To kick start National Customer Service Week, nominations for our Service Champion Awards are now open, providing an opportunity to highlight the achievements of our on-site and Head Office team members.

Supporting the incredible work of charitable organisations is very important to us at Rendall & Rittner. Many of our team are passionate about philanthropic causes, and it is fantastic for us to be able to work together to support initiatives that are important to our people. Following staff involvement with Ukrainian Action, we are therefore proud to be sponsoring six trucks of humanitarian aid to Ukraine this October, which will all be driven by Rendall & Rittner volunteers and filled with donations from our people and clients.

For many people, the way that we work has changed in recent years, with flexible working arrangements and options to work from home providing greater opportunities to enhance work-life balance. Many of our Office based colleagues now take advantage of the benefits of working from home, whilst our offices are still an essential environment for collaboration between team members and for in-person training sessions. Given the changing nature of the way we work, we have been busy adapting our office spaces in London to better reflect this.

In order to further enhance the service that we offer, we have recently appointed Mike Poshteh as our new Utilities Team Manager and are delighted to welcome him to the team.

Harnessing our thirty years’ experience of property management, MyPlace brings together all aspects of property management in one place to provide a complete and transparent picture for our customers.
