Working at Rendall & Rittner for over 10 years has been an incredibly rewarding experience, with constant opportunities to learn and progress along the way. I was very grateful to be offered the opportunity to take a six-week sabbatical and to be gifted some time off to reset. I had intended to spend the time exploring Portugal and spending time with family but decided to also use some of my time to support the essential work of Ukrainian Action, a charity dedicated to supporting the survival and recovery of Ukraine.

In order to further enhance the service that we offer, we have recently appointed Mike Poshteh as our new Utilities Team Manager and are delighted to welcome him to the team.

Battersea Reach is an impressive riverside development with a range of property management services run by Rendall & Rittner. I have recently spent three days on-site going back to the floor with the Concierge, Estate Operative, and Estate Management teams to gain an insight into the experiences of those that work and live at the development.

I recently spent the day working as a member of the Day Concierge team at Snow Hill Wharf in Birmingham. As the Divisional Director for Rendall & Rittner covering our Midlands region, this was a brilliant opportunity to see how our outstanding customer service levels have enabled us to become one of the leading property management companies in Birmingham.

My place of work is Victoria Mills in West Yorkshire, a stunning residential development that is a mix of Grade II listed 19th century mill buildings and contemporary architecture located within the buffer zone of Shipley’s World Heritage Site. I’m lucky to work in such a beautiful setting so it’s always a pleasure to come to work. I live about a 20-minute drive from here if the traffic is kind. I’m usually on site four days a week and one day working from home.
