What gets you out of bed in the morning?

I’m a morning person so I always leap out of bed ready to tackle the day!

What do you like most about your job?

Helping people to do their jobs and making their lives easier.

What challenges do you face?

Getting everybody on side as we make changes to the business. Responding positively when clients want to do things differently from how we would usually do them.

What made you pursue this career?

I liked idea of using technology to make a business more successful.

Who do you most admire?

Steve Jobs – I admire the way he designed Apple products from the users perspective.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Sailing! I sailed an 80ft sailing boat around Isle of Wight in the ‘Round the Island Race’ and won!

What are you most looking forward to this year?

Implementing the new Office 365 system and seeing the change it will bring to the way we work as a business.
