Rendall & Rittner to move into new offices at 340 Deansgate

We are delighted to announce that we are relocating our Northern offices to a more central location at 340 Deansgate, Manchester. The move, which will take place in the summer, will strategically streamline our northern business by bringing the Hale and Manchester offices all under one roof, based in Manchester’s city centre.

Matt Kirk, Area Director commented “We are delighted to take up almost 11,000 sq ft across the ground and first floors of this prominent location, on a 10-year lease, which will house our expanding team at Rendall & Rittner. Our Sales and Lettings team will move in on 31st May and the Property Management team will move in July.  The new office provides the space and opportunity for us to continue growing the business in the North”.

The offices are open-plan and have been thoughtfully refurbished, providing Rendall & Rittner with a desirable central city location, and a fantastic base to manage our current customer base of 7,000 units in the North. We believe this move will enhance our reputation as a UK-wide presence with buildings located in Greater London, the North, Midlands and the South.
