New staff appointments to support continued growth

We are pleased to have appointed two new key members of staff just before Christmas who will play an important role in overseeing growing areas of the business. Sarah Williams joined us as Area Director responsible for property management across our central London division. And we appointed Shreya Lakhani as Property Team Manager for the South Midlands, a new role that will support our ongoing expansion in the region.

Sarah is an experienced residential property management professional who previously worked at Warwick Estates. She will focus on running the teams that look after our Central London property clients, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery.

Commenting on her new role Sarah says: “Good customer service is at the heart of Rendall & Rittner’s promise to their clients and it is something I am passionate about. I’m looking forward to working with the property managers and on-site teams to look after the interests and safety of residents.”

Shreya joins Rendall & Rittner from chartered surveyor Fifield Glyn, where she led the residential management department. She will head up the teams of property managers responsible for developments across locations including Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Watford.
