In a record-breaking year for entries, we are delighted to have made the final shortlist in three categories at The Investors in People Awards 2022 which celebrate the very best organisations and individuals from around the world. The three categories in which we have been shortlisted are those for Employee Engagement, for Social Responsibility and for UK Employer of the Year: Platinum!
As a people-led, increasingly technology-driven business, we are committed to supporting our employees, whilst also seeking opportunities to benefit wider society. With roles within our industry being associated with high levels of stress, we understand the importance of initiatives that enhance the engagement, healthiness, and happiness of our employees.
We have embraced our new agile working environment and have harnessed the power of technology to ensure that our teams are well supported wherever they are located, impacting on both wellbeing levels and engagement. Through our innovative approach to supporting remote and office-based workers, we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Employee Engagement and UK Employer of the Year awards.
As well as investing in our own people, we want to make changes that will positively impact society as a whole. With a commitment to developing and managing sustainable developments, we will continue to use our resources to foster economic, social and environmental wellbeing across our portfolio. Our many community engagement activities include initiatives such as our litter pick series which has proven hugely popular with members of the Rendall & Rittner team, who are proud to support the local communities that we work within. With this in mind, we are also thrilled to have been recognised for our social responsibility.
