Harnessing our thirty years’ experience of property management, MyPlace brings together all aspects of property management in one place to provide a complete and transparent picture for our customers.
MyPlace, which is replacing R&R Online, will deliver wide ranging benefits to our customers including:
We will move forward with launches across our portfolio throughout this year, starting with smaller, unmanned properties, and into 2024. We will be in touch with customers in the weeks prior to it launching at their property.

My place of work is Victoria Mills in West Yorkshire, a stunning residential development that is a mix of Grade II listed 19th century mill buildings and contemporary architecture located within the buffer zone of Shipley’s World Heritage Site. I’m lucky to work in such a beautiful setting so it’s always a pleasure to come to work. I live about a 20-minute drive from here if the traffic is kind. I’m usually on site four days a week and one day working from home.
