We are delighted to announce the promotion of Martin Hellenas to the position of Divisional Director for one of our London divisions. Martin has been working with Rendall & Rittner for the past few years as an Area Director, where he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of developments across London.
In his new role, Martin will be responsible for the strategic management of the division. As Divisional Director, he will continue to focus on developing relationships with leaseholders and residents while working collaboratively with internal departments. With plans to hire a new Area Director, Martin will play a pivotal role in building upon Rendall & Rittner's success and further developing the company's portfolio.
Martin's journey in the property management industry began in 2008 when he joined the Erinaceous Group as a Property Manager. He worked his way up in the industry, and after six years, he was promoted to Senior Property Manager. Later, he took on a new role at Premier Estates and worked as an Associate Director when it set up its London office. In 2019, he joined Rendall & Rittner as an Area Director.
Martin is excited about his new role, saying, "I joined Rendall & Rittner having previously met Matt Rittner and Richard Daver at networking events. Since joining, I have had the opportunity to develop myself and to work with amazing people. The senior management team at Rendall & Rittner is incredible, and I am able to learn new things from them.
