We are one of the largest residential property managing agents in the UK. Hundreds of clients look to us to expertly manage their properties and tens of thousands of customers trust us to help them live better.
Our success means we are a growing business creating great opportunities for our people. We are building a company we are proud of.
When people ask what it's like to work here, you usually hear the same few thoughts:
There's a lot of people who care passionately about R&R and all that we do for our clients and customers. Look around and there are so many examples of people who've had great career development and care deeply about the company.
Everyone from our directors to our graduates share information, knowledge and ideas. Being transparent helps us to stay focused on solving issues for our clients and customers.
Everybody we come into contact with is treated as a customer, especially our colleagues, helping us to work together to achieve common goals.
We believe different perspectives make Rendall & Rittner a better company. We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive working environment where you belong. We hold an RICS Inclusive Employer Quality Mark.
Flexible and agile working is appreciated by everyone at R&R and we've been offering it for a number of years. Depending on your role, work from home or one of our offices and, as needed, benefit from: job sharing; part time; compressed hours; flexitime and staggered hours. Our mission is to help people live better, including our people!
We recognise our employees and team members are people with families, hobbies and lives outside of work. Rendall & Rittner colleagues work remotely or from one of our offices as they need, often keep flexible hours, and create a work-life balance for themselves and the people they love.
We are building a culture where professional and personal growth are as important as business growth. That's why our founding values are critical to us - professionalism, quality, safety, integrity, working together, communication, trust and responsibility. It’s also why we hold Investors in People Platinum status, the highest accolade a company can receive, placing us in the top 2% of employers internationally!

Working at R&R has been great. I feel that I’ve been able to flourish and thrive. Initially joining as a Concierge over at decade ago to a Senior Management role demonstrates to me the trust, training and recognition of talent the company is so great at. We’re encouraged to have a work life balance and wellbeing and socialising are actively promoted.
Denzil Baisden Community Engagement Manager
My experience within R&R has been nothing but positive. Great career progression opportunities, excellent training to support you in your role, along with a really inclusive work environment, combined with approachable and clear leadership, makes it a great place to work. There’s a great home/work life balance with the introduction of agile working.
Jason Grieve Divisional Operations Manager
From day one it was obvious we have a strong team, full of inspirational leaders, plenty of experience and great personalities. I really enjoy being able to speak with senior management and how much of a feeling of being on the same page I get. Seeing how everyone is motivated to strive for the same goal is amazing.

As a company Rendall & Rittner are continually focussed on employee wellbeing and flexibility. Remote working allows the freedom whilst Teams means we can still communicate and build up a good rapport with our fellow colleagues without the need for day to day interaction in an office, although there is an option to work in an office should we prefer.
Joanne Randall Senior Portfolio Accountant
Rendall & Rittner are a great company to work for and have helped me to develop through training, guidance and leading by example. I was nervous when I made the jump from the hospitality industry but this feeling didn’t last long. I was made to quickly feel at home and have a great network of support around me.
Adam Marshall Estate Manager
Ever-changing, ever-growing, hungry for success, for new and for better – this is the company that I have loved working for over eight years and where I see myself at as my career continues to progress and reaches new highs.

At Rendall & Rittner we want to build a company where people can do their best work. To help make that a reality we have been offering flexible working for many years.
Since the pandemic, flexibility is of course more important than ever and we have responded by adopting an agile working model. This enables our people to work from home, but also attend one of our offices when they need to for meetings and face to face interaction with colleagues. We have taken our offer further, as we want to make work-life balance a reality.
That's why, dependent on their role, our employees are able to work from one of our regional offices in London, Bournemouth, Croydon, Manchester and Milton Keynes.
We can also offer:
