Richard Daver, Managing Director of Rendall & Rittner, explains the importance of Property Management awards as the company is shortlisted for five accolades.
At Rendall & Rittner we are delighted to have been shortlisted for five accolades across two prestigious industry awards.
The first is for three categories at the Property Week Management All Starts Awards taking place at the Grosvenor Hotel on 26th October.
We have been shortlisted for:
- Residential Block Property Managing Agent of the Year
- Employer of the Year
- Sustainability Award
The Property Week Management All Stars Awards celebrates excellence across all segments of the management of real estate and is an important award for us to have been able to enter.
We know that sound property management can make a huge difference when it comes to operational efficiency and this is reflected in our clear, strategic vision with defined achievable targets for example implementation of our R&R Online service for residents and the extension of our proven bulk procurement initiatives, which are implemented solely for the benefit of our clients – to name a few.
We have also been shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards. The awards ceremony itself will take place on 1st November at the Hilton Hotel, in Park Lane. This is set to be a spectacular event with over 700 people expected to attend.
Rendall & Rittner has been shortlisted for the following categories:
- Property Management Company of the Year
- Employer of the Year
For both awards the judges selecting the nominees have been from the best of the crop in the property, estate agency, publication, marketing and asset management industries.
