Richard Daver, Managing Director of Rendall & Rittner announces RESI Award win for 2019!

At Rendall & Rittner, we have seen some fantastic results over the past year, as we have organically grown our buildings portfolio, with some significant new business wins such as White City Living by St James together with the recruitment of several key staff members. All of our hard work and dedication paid off on Thursday night as we were delighted to win ‘Property Manager of the Year’ at the 2019 RESI Awards, held at the Grosvenor Hotel in London.

The event, organised by Property Week, celebrates the best of the residential property sector. The largest property event of the year brings together the leading businesses from all areas of the residential market, all hoping to wow the judges with their achievements.

The judges described Rendall & Rittner as “consistently best in class”, emphasising “great management company and good financials” as the universal opinion of the judges. Our ‘Back to the Floor’ initiative was also highly commended. We are incredibly proud to have won this award for the fourth time, beating off eleven strong contenders to win. ‘Property Manager of the Year’ is, for us, the best possible award to win and an accolade that we are always honoured to collect, recognising the commitment and dedication our team continues to deliver. We feel privileged to be singled out as industry leaders in property management, as well as the acknowledgement of our ability to continue to innovate and align ourselves to meet our customers’ needs.
