As soon as I heard that I was going to be spending a day out working at one of our developments I was really looking forward to it as I really enjoy getting out and meeting the staff at our sites.

My ‘back to the floor’ day took me to our Holland Park development in West London. This is a new site that we have only recently acquired so it was my first trip and first opportunity to meet our staff here.

What struck me was the advanced technology that is in operation at this site which means that leaseholders benefit from a 5-star experience.

My day at Holland Park was spent helping the Concierge team conduct site inspections and patrols which was a really good opportunity for me to see how the team keep the development safe and secure.

I was pleased to see that the team is closely following Covid guidelines with hand sanitisers available throughout the building and masks being worn by staff at all times.

The facilities that are available to staff are of a real high standard, the office was very modern and well presented and the kitchen was of an equal standing, the staff seem very content with what is available to them which was great to see.

Throughout my day on site I found our teams to be very engaged and diligent in how they went about their work, displaying good levels of communication and working well together.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day at 80 Holland Park and I’d be delighted to return one day to work alongside the staff again.
