20,000 people make the switch to E-Communications
We are proud to announce that an impressive 20,000 residents have now signed up for our e-communications platform. This achievement reflects our firm commitment to creating sustainable communities for people to live, work and play in.
Having initially been recognised for our sustainable approach to property management in 2010, we have continued to strive for improvements to our robust ESG strategy. In 2023, we received the first ever Environmental & Sustainability Impact Award at the ARMA Ace Awards.
Key benefits of our e-communications solution include:
- Paperless communications: By switching to electronic communications, we can reduce our paper consumption by 625,000 sheets of paper annually, equivalent to 75 trees. E-communications also reduce carbon dioxide emissions when compared to traditional communication methods.
- Replanting initiatives: Extending the impact of this solution, for every resident that signs up to our paperless communications, £1 is donated to tree planting initiatives.
- Ease of access: All communications from Rendall & Rittner are stored on a secure platform for easy access at any time. Email alerts notify residents of new correspondence on the platform.
