MyPlace milestone: new customer portal live at first 1,000 homes

In July, we announced the launch of our brand-new customer portal, MyPlace, following a successful trial period. Over the past few months, we have been busy introducing the platform to more of our customers and have now reached our first 1,000 homes and customers.

Reflective of our 30 years of experience in property management and unique to Rendall & Rittner, MyPlace has been designed to offer an innovative customer portal that provides an engaging and easy-to-use experience. Providing a comprehensive overview, MyPlace brings together all aspects of property management in one place to create a complete and transparent picture for our customers.

The MyPlace portal is replacing R&R Online in order to deliver a range of benefits for our customers:

  • MyPlace is a self-service platform that can be easily accessed whenever you are.
  • The personalised dashboard provides clear information on all the properties we manage on your behalf all through a single login.
  • MyPlace makes it quick and easy to view headline information about your developments, premises, charges and also includes a library of important documents.
  • You can manage the people connected to your home directly through the portal.
  • You’ll be able to raise and track requests directly to our Property Management team.
  • Customised notifications ensure you can keep track of what’s important to you.
  • To make MyPlace an even more vital resource, there are plans to add additional features including bookings for facilities and engaging with your community on news, events, groups and clubs (where applicable).

Further launches of MyPlace are planned for the rest of 2023 and into 2024.  Our customers will be informed in the weeks prior to launch at their property. Find out more about MyPlace in this video.
