As a forward-thinking business committed to continuous improvement, it is important for us to have a vision, mission, values, and priorities that define us and which help keep us focused. We have always been driven by our founding values of professionalism, trust and responsibility, communication, working together, integrity and quality, which shapes the way we work and informs our unique culture, as well as our mission that keeps us focused and accountable.

We have been busy building on these foundations, with the assistance of a number of our clients, residents, and colleagues, to create a vision for our future and priorities that will help us to achieve it. Our newly established vision sets out where we are aspiring to be in the years ahead.

Our vision is: “To be a respected, responsible and trusted partner to our clients and suppliers, simplifying living for our customers. Through innovation and excellence, we will enable our people and company to thrive.”

In order to ensure that we realise our vision, we have determined ten strategic priorities.  These reaffirm that our focus is on responsibly delivering outstanding customer service and that our approach builds upon our exceptional people and resources. We have also refreshed our mission statement to ensure that we are working to move our business and industry forward, for the benefit of our customers, our partners, our people, and the environment.
