I was lucky enough to spend my Back to the Floor day at our new flagship development, Victoria Mills in Bradford, where I spent the day working as an Estate Maintenance Operative. I was delighted by the enthusiasm of the on-site team and how everyone was committed to working together to deliver the best service to residents.

At Christmas time, Rendall & Rittner like to enjoy the festivities. While many people think of managing agents as those responsible for service charge billing and signing for post, there’s much more to our work than that. For us, this time of year is an opportunity to prove that we are not all about managing the bricks and mortar, it is a perfect time of the year to show we are also about helping to develop communities that are self-sustainable and welcoming.

At Rendall & Rittner, our customers are at the core of everything we do. In order to acknowledge those members of the team that have gone above and beyond and delivered outstanding customer service, we have recently presented our Service Champion Awards 2022 for on-site staff. With nominations open to both our people and residents, we were delighted by all of the positive feedback that we received about our staff. With over 1,500 people working at developments across our portfolio, there was plenty of competition, but worthy winners have now been chosen!
