Reimagining office space

For many people, the way that we work has changed in recent years, with flexible working arrangements and options to work from home providing greater opportunities to enhance work-life balance. Many of our Office based colleagues now take advantage of the benefits of working from home, whilst our offices are still an essential environment for collaboration between team members and for in-person training sessions. Given the changing nature of the way we work, we have been busy adapting our office spaces in London to better reflect this.

Our expanded Head Office at St George Wharf in Vauxhall has been carefully remodelled with face-to-face collaboration in mind. A key focus for the transformation that has taken place here has been to increase the amount of space for collaborative working, whether working on projects as a small team or bringing together multiple areas of the business for a multi-faceted discussion. Not only can this in-person collaboration help us to find innovative solutions and generate new ideas to further improve our service offering, but it can also help to build trust and understanding between team members.

In addition to our revitalised space at St George Wharf, we have also recently opened our new office and training space at Battersea Reach. This office features a new dedicated training facility for our team, alongside some hot desk space. Training and development have always been integral to the way that we operate, and we are offering more opportunities for personal and professional development for all our people than ever before, whether they are new to the industry or looking to develop existing skill sets.

We are looking forward to using this facility in the months ahead with training sessions for board members, the senior leadership team, team leaders and a host of other groups.
