We are pleased to announce that we have retained the British Safety Council’s highest accreditation, the Five Star award, for the fourth consecutive year, as well as our ISO 45001 accreditation.

Operations Manager, Sarah Heron, tells us all about her transition from Primary School Teacher to a career at Rendall & Rittner.

At our recent 30^th birthday celebrations, we presented our Head Office Service Champion Awards in recognition of those members of the team that have delivered exceptional levels of customer service. Amongst tough competition, Area Director, Robert Jason, Team Managers, Hannah Moses and Scott Derbyshire, Senior Property Manager, Angela Petts and Service Desk Team Leader, Paul Hadley, were announced as the winners.

What is it like to work at Rendall & Rittner?

We spoke to some of our longest-serving employees about their career progression, challenges they face, and biggest achievements.

At Rendall & Rittner, our customers are at the core of everything we do. In order to acknowledge those members of the team that have gone above and beyond and delivered outstanding customer service, we have recently presented our Service Champion Awards 2022 for on-site staff.

In recent years, volunteers from Rendall & Rittner have taken part in a plethora of litter picks. Litter picks are a fantastic way to promote sustainability, support the environment and improve the cleanliness of the area for local residents to enjoy. During 2022, the team at Rendall & Rittner has once again completed a series of volunteering days to undertake litter picks at locations up and down the country.

At Rendall & Rittner, sustainability is always firmly on the agenda. Having first received recognition for managing sustainable developments back in 2010, we are proud to continue creating safe, well run and environmentally sensitive communities. Throughout Recycle Week, we have organised a variety of activities that will help enable our residents to live more sustainably.

International property management company, Odevo, has established itself in the US as KW Property & Management Consulting (KWPMC) has joined the Group, ensuring Odevo is the first residential management company to have a leading position on both sides of the Atlantic.  The property company is already prominent in the UK through Rendall & Rittner, Premier Estates and Trinity Property Group being part of the Group.  The US will be Odevo’s fourth market, and the deal will increase Group revenue by £120 million to £270 million.
