In July 2021, I spent a day going back to the floor as an Estate Operative at Gallions Point in London. It was a hot summer’s day, and it was quickly apparent how physically demanding the role is.

Rendall & Rittner to move into new offices at 340 Deansgate

We are delighted to announce that we are relocating our Northern offices to a more central location at 340 Deansgate, Manchester. The move, which will take place in the summer, will strategically streamline our northern business by bringing the Hale and Manchester offices all under one roof, based in Manchester’s city centre.

Feeding on farmers’ markets at Grosvenor Waterside

The smell of fresh bread, sweet pastries and brightly coloured flowers filled the air, at Grosvenor Waterside, in what is now set to be a monthly Farmers’ Market. Traders were on hand on Saturday 9th June to show our residents their handpicked goodness from artisan bakery, organic fruit and vegetables and preserves to freshly cut flowers, plants and pies and quiches. There was also a Spanish Gastro food stall and French meat stall selling cured and smokes charcuterie.

Rendall & Rittner collects toys for 2019 Great Ormond Street Christmas appeal

Once again, the Rendall & Rittner Great Ormond Street Hospital Appeal has been a great success. The 2019 collection saw a total of £15,500 worth of toys donated as part of the toy appeal, giving to poorly children who would not be home in time for Christmas. Residents and staff across Rendall & Rittner’s managed London developments donated an array of toys and electrics including: a PlayStation; Android™ tablets; large size Batman action figures; superhero costumes and Star Trek Lego® ships.

Shining a light on Property Management during National Careers Week

National Careers Week takes place this week, encouraging young people think about their careers path and providing support on careers education. The property management sector is not particularly well known among school leavers as a potential career path, but it is a stable sector for job opportunities as residential blocks will always need management and the industry is continuing to grow.
